鎢制品出口催開信用證在出口業務中,應在合同條款中規定信用證開立的時間。買方應嚴格按照合同的規定開立信用證;即使未在合同中訂立開證時間,也應在規定交貨期前壹個月開出信用證。但在實際工作中,買方往往因各種原因拖延開證,對此,賣方應催促對方迅速辦理開證手續,說明不按期開證的利害關系。
