詢盤在商法裏稱爲磋商的邀請(Invitation to treat),買方詢盤是“邀請發盤(Invitation to offer)”,賣方詢盤是“邀請遞盤(Invitation to bid)”。詢盤是買賣雙方磋商交易的開始,它有時只說明所要買賣商品的範圍,目的是要對方進壹步介紹情況,有時還指定具體的商品,甚至連數量、包裝、交貨期都明確提出,要求對方報價或遞價。
