鎢制品出口海運提單

賣方將貨物交給大副，拿著大副簽發的大副收據到船公司交運費，換取正式提單。海運提單種類繁多，就不同海運方式來分，有直運提單、轉運提單、聯運提單、集裝箱運輸提單。各船公司壹般都使用自己簽發的提單，內容、格式雖稍有差異，但基本壹致。

鎢制品提單的內容可分爲固定部分和可變部分。固定部分是指提單背面的運輸契約條款，這部分壹般不作更改；可變部分指提單正面內容。填寫提單本應是由船公司或其代理人經辦，但我國許多口岸都由出口公司預填寫。

鎢制品出口海運提單與空運提單、鐵路及公路運單不同，它是物權的憑證，因此海運提單正面內容的填寫要准確無誤，不能隨便塗改。有些國家的海關規定很嚴格，例如：巴西的聖多斯港海關規定提單不得修改，即使承運人加蓋校正章也不行；又如敘利亞海關規定，對有差錯的提單，處以罰款。
