钨制品出口海运提单

卖方将货物交给大副，拿着大副签发的大副收据到船公司交运费，换取正式提单。海运提单种类繁多，就不同海运方式来分，有直运提单、转运提单、联运提单、集装箱运输提单。各船公司一般都使用自己签发的提单，内容、格式虽稍有差异，但基本一致。

钨制品提单的内容可分为固定部分和可变部分。固定部分是指提单背面的运输契约条款，这部分一般不作更改；可变部分指提单正面内容。填写提单本应是由船公司或其代理人经办，但我国许多口岸都由出口公司预填写。

钨制品出口海运提单与空运提单、铁路及公路运单不同，它是物权的凭证，因此海运提单正面内容的填写要准确无误，不能随便涂改。有些国家的海关规定很严格，例如：巴西的圣多斯港海关规定提单不得修改，即使承运人加盖校正章也不行；又如叙利亚海关规定，对有差错的提单，处以罚款。
