钨制品托运单(Booking Note of Export Cargo/Shipping Order)是出口企业(发货人/托运人)在报关前向船方或其代理人(承运人)申请租船订舱的单据。它虽然不是出口结汇的正式单据,但却是日后制作提单的主要背景资料。
出口货物托运订载,如海运、空运、陆运、公路运输、邮包运输等,所用货物托运单各不相同。
实际业务中90%都使用集装箱托运,也称为集装箱货物托运单。由于托运单、装货单、收货单等单据的基本项目基本一致,我国一些主要口岸的做法是将托运单、装货单、收货单、运费通知单等合在一起,制成一份多达10联的单据。各联作用如下:第一联托运单由货主留底。第二联托运单由船代留底,用于缮制船务单证。第三、四联为运费通知联,其中一联留存,另一联随帐单向托运人托收运费。第五联装货单经海关加盖放行章后,船方才能收货装船。第五联附页是缴纳出口货物港务费申请书,货物装船完毕后,港区凭以向托运人收取港杂费。第六联场站收据副本(大副联)在货物装船后由大副签署后退还给托运人。第七联场站收据(D/R)由配舱人留底。第八联由货代留底。第九、十联为配舱回单。
